Program Overview

The Ambitious Estates Mentorship Program is designed to provide Participants with guidance, coaching, and support in real estate investment, development, and management. The Program includes, but is not limited to, one-on-one mentoring sessions, group workshops, and access to exclusive resources and networking opportunities.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, Participants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a genuine interest in learning about and pursuing a career in real estate. Participants must also complete an application form and provide any additional information requested by the Mentor.

Fees and Payment

The Program fee must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the Program. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any other method as indicated on our website or in our communications with you. All fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.

No Refund Policy

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable, even if you decide to discontinue the Program or are unable to attend or complete the Program for any reason. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be granted under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided or made available to Participants during the Program, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and documents, are the property of the Mentor or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Program materials for their personal, non-commercial use only.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful, professional, and cooperative manner during the Program. We reserve the right to remove or expel any Participant who, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, disrupts the Program, or engages in any activity that is inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, without any prior notice or liability. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must promptly discontinue all use of the Program materials and resources.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Mentor, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program or your use of the Program materials, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Mentor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Program or your violation of these Terms.

Cancellation Policy and All Sales Final

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and there will be no cancellations or modifications to your enrollment once payment has been made. The Program fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-creditable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, your inability to attend or complete the Program, dissatisfaction with the Program, or any other personal reasons. You understand and accept that by making a payment, you are making a commitment to participate in the Program and are obligated to comply with these Terms.
